The J-21 Jewett® Benjamin Two Post Cervical Orthosis
The J-21 family (J-22; J-23; J-24; J-25) provides support and stabilization from C1 to T3. This orthosis is used when limitation of flexion/extension and lateral/rotary motion is indicated. The J-21 performs essentially the same function as the chin and occipital attachments added to the J-35, J-45, J-55 or J-59, where the pubic pad is contraindicated.
